The IC is an organisation within the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and is the only chartered professional body that is dedicated to management and leadership. We believe in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and actively employ responsible business practices. We have incorporated the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into our business strategies, policies and procedures.
Furthermore, we have been actively incorporating the UN Global Compact principles and it’s importance in today’s business world through her active participation in the release of the Abducted Chibok Girls of 2014 and her contribution to Chapter 11 (Gender, Poverty and Leadership: The Case of the Chibok Girls) of a book titled “Beyond The Bottom Line, Integrating the UN Global Compact into Management Practices” as did Professor Nikos Bozionelos and Dr Camilla Quental respectively.
